Attend the required 75 hour real estate course
Score 70% or better on the school and state exams
Be a high school graduate or holder of a G.E.D.
Must be 18 yrs of age or older at the time of the exam
Must be a Citizen or Legally in the Country (No longer a requirement in the sanctuary state of NJ)
2 current forms of valid ID with a signature (one with a photo)

Then come visit us in person to enroll and pay or download the salesperson enrollment form fill it out, sign it, fax, email or deliver it in person with payment before the class start date.
Important Notice to License Candidates:
You have one year from the course completion date to complete the remaining licensing requirements
(Pass State Exam & Finger Printing / Background Criminal History Check) then activate your license through a broker. There are no extensions. Only after receiving your school completion certificate can you schedule your state license examination by contacting PSI Services LLC at www.psiexams.com or 1-800-733-9267. For directions regarding the fingerprinting and background investigation requirements, refer to the New Jersey Real Estate Commission Web site at https://www.state.nj.us/dobi/division_rec/.
How taking these classes may satisfy your "CE" Continuing Education licensing requirement.
Taking any broker class will meet your Full CE credit requirement.
Salesperson classes completed after June 30th in even numbered years will meet your full continuing education licensing requirement for the current licensing period.
Important Note: Students who complete the salesperson class between June 30th in odd numbered years to June 30th in even numbered years will NOT get credit and will still have to take "CE" Continuing Education classes in order to renew their licenses. CE classes can be taken online here
