New Jersey Licensed Real Estate Instructors Wanted
Career Path Academy School is looking for instructors licensed with the NJ REC (Real Estate Commission) with an active real estate instructors license. Now Hiring, Help wanted to fill these positions.
If you are high energy, self-motivated go-getter, an instructor who enjoys teaching and learning and adapting to new creative approaches to teaching/explaining, who knows real estate inside and out, who learns quickly, and who is not afraid of technology, then we are looking for you.
With daytime, evening, and weekend class options we are always looking to update our database of quality instructors. We have remote instruction via like zoom class meetings, in-person live classes for salesperson, broker, and ce classes. We'd like a candidate who may be interested in creating ce course materials exclusively for our school use that you'd be compensated for. Instructors must not be afraid of basic technology, cell phones, email, spooky words like the internet, and have basic knowledge of how to use PowerPoint, word, excel, email, and how to host a zoom meeting or be willing to learn that last one (it's not difficult).
This is an independent contractor position PT, FT, substitute per class assignment with opportunity for advancement. Compensation is based on a sliding scale commensurate with class NET income.
