You will need the class start date which you wish to enroll in, get it from our calendar page.

We have day, evening and weekend class options, on the enrollment form add the class ID starting with SPD for day class SPW for weekend or SPE for evening class followed by a "-" dash and then the date without any characters

REAL ESTATE LICENSING PROCESS

1. After you complete all course sessions and hour requirements, you will need to register to take the school exam on our website certifying you met all the requirements.

2. We will enter you into the exam system manually after reviewing if you met all the requirements. 

3. Then you may take the school final exam online through our website. 

4. Upon passing the course final exams you will then be able to schedule your real estate salesperson exam with PSI Exams.

5. After passing your state licensing exams with PSI you’ll need to get fingerprinted, and affiliate with a real estate firm in order to have your license activated.

READY TO REGISTER?

1. All registrations are done online on a first come, first serve basis. Once a class reaches capacity it is grayed out on the calendar page. (See our class calendar page for schedules)
   
   

2. Full payment is required for registration. Pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Bank Cards with Visa/Mastercard Logo, Paypal and Zelle or Cash. No Payment plans are available at this time, for that other options are available via paypal as an example.
   
   

3. All classroom sessions must be completed before the final exams can be administered. 

   • Students cannot miss more than 15 hours of class maximum without being required to make it up. If a student misses a class/session, attending less than 80% of the class time required, arrangements must be made with the school to make-up the time, the content can be made up attending the same class/session missed in a future class or watching the recorded class sessions (class hours cannot be made up this way).

   • Attendance from previous course may not be applied to future course.
     
     

4. Remote Learning ZOOM: Students are required to be visible on camera throughout the course at all times. Students are expected to attend as if this class was in-person, in a classroom. (ie: no laying in bed, no driving during class or being driven, doing personal business, working out, getting hair done, watching tv, bouncing in and out of classroom, etc.) Classes are recorded and monitored, any violation can result in lack of credit for the class and/or termination from the program. Students are responsible for making sure their device is compatible and that the camera is in working order prior to the start of class. We do not recommend using a cell phone for this course.

CLASS REQUIREMENTS 

• Classes require a minimum of 6 students in order to be held. 

• If a class is no longer displayed, it has either reached capacity or has been cancelled due to lack of registration.

• Classes are subject to change/cancel, notifications sent via phone or email.

• Students MUST contact us to arrange picking up your textbook or having it mailed for $10 S&H
